Mary-Kathryn Herrington, TMP : Director
Mary-Kathryn Herrington is the Director of Tourism for the Oxford Convention and Visitor’s Bureau where she oversees all aspects of the Tourism program as well as the Double Decker Arts Festival. Prior to joining the CVB in 2004, Herrington worked as a staff writer at Oxford Publishing Inc. and interned with the Oxford Tourism Council and Y’all Magazine. Herrington is Vice President of the Mississippi Tourism Association and the treasurer for the Mississippi Hills National Heritage Area Alliance. A native of Memphis, Tennessee Herrington has a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Mississippi. Herrington is a Tourism Marketing Professional (TMP) through the Southeast Tourism Society, is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Lafayette and a Mississippi Certified Tourism Professional. She currently serves on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as the chair person for their Leadership Lafayette Program. In 2012 she was named one of the Top 40 for the Future by the Southeast Tourism Society. |

Mary Allyn Hedges : Tourism Manager
Mary Allyn Hedges is the Tourism Manager, overseeing all operation of the Tourism Visitors Center in City Hall and assisting in the coordination of the Double Decker Arts Festival. Prior to joining the CVB, Hedges worked in the hospitality industry in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Nashville, Tennessee. Hedges is a Certified Tourism Professional by the Mississippi Tourism Association and is working towards her Tourism Marketing Professional Certification through the Southeast Tourism Society. A native of Greenville, Mississippi, Hedges has a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi and is a 2009 graduate of the Leadership Lafayette Program. In addition to her job at the CVB, Hedges is a board member for the Mississippi Blood Services North Mississippi Advisory Council, serves on the Junior Leadership Lafayette Steering Committee, and represents the Tourism office on many community committees including the 4th of July Planning Committee, the Downtown Council and the Alabama-Mississippi Rural Tourism Committee. |

Hollis Green: Director
Hollis Green is the Director of the Oxford Conference Center. He has been with the CVB since November of 2009 and is responsible for maintaining the Oxford Conference Center, The LQC Lamar House and Cedar Oaks Mansion. A native of Booneville MS, he attended the University of Mississippi with a degree in Political Science. Upon leaving Ole Miss he spent five years in management with Wal-Mart Corporation in various cities located in the south and mid-west. He also spent fifteen years with Oxford Publishing/Questex Media serving as Vice President of Operations for multiple trade shows and conferences held in various cities within the United States. In addition to his job at the OCVB he serves as a board member for The Oxford Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Ole Miss Hospitality Management Advisory Board and the Wild Rose Kennels Board of Directors. He serves on the planning committee for the Oxford Endurance Weekend multi day sporting completion, is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette, is a Certified Tourism Professional by the Mississippi Tourism Association and is a past member of the Professional Convention Management Association. |

Hayden Guest: Sales Manager
Hayden Guest is the Sales Manager for the Oxford Conference Center, but first joined the CVB staff in 2004 as an intern and then full-time the Tourism Coordinator before moving to Chicago, Illinois. She returned to the CVB in 2008. A native of Merigold, Mississippi, Guest has B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi. Guest is 2009 graduate of Leadership Lafayette and is a Certified Tourism Professional by the Mississippi Tourism Association. Guest is currently working toward her Tourism Marketing Professional certification through the Southeast Tourism Society and is actively involved in the Mississippi Society for Association Executives. |

Micah Quinn: Events Manager
Micah Quinn has been the Event Manager of the Oxford Conference Center since its opening in 2004. Prior to her work in Oxford, Quinn worked for the production staff of The Vega Group, a Destination Management Company in New Orleans, LA. Micah has over 13 years in event management experience, specializing in conference planning and special events. A native of Memphis, she is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and a 2006 graduate of Leadership Lafayette. |

Kinney Ferris: Office Manager
Kinney Ferris is the Office Manager for the Oxford Convention and Visitors Bureau serving both the Tourism office and the Oxford Conference Center. Ferris also oversees the Docent program for the L.Q.C. Lamar House, a historic property managed by the Oxford CVB and is actively involved in the Double Decker Arts Festival. Ferris joined the CVB staff in 2009, prior to that Ferris worked for a State Farm Insurance Agency in Tupelo, Mississippi and the Tupelo Country Club. Her career in the hospitality industry began during college when she worked at the Inn at Ole Miss as a Front Desk Clerk. A native of Tupelo, Mississippi, Ferris has a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi and is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Lafayette. |

Steve Appleton: Event Coordinator
Steve Appleton is one of the facilities technicians at the Oxford Conference Center. A graduate of ICS in Technical Electrical Studies, Appelton has been with The Oxford Conference Center since August 2006. Prior to his time at OCC he spent 30 years with Columbia Gas Systems retiring in 2006. Steve enjoys working on his antique car and spending time with his family. |

Glen Wilson: Event Coordinator
Glen Wilson is one of the facilities technicians at the Oxford Conference Center. A graduate of Northeast Mississippi Community College, Wilson has been on the staff of the Oxford Conference Center since December of 2009. Prior to his time at OCC he spent 10 years as a sales rep for Snap-On Tools and Forrest City Grocery Company. Wilson is active at St. Peters Episcopal Church and enjoys spending his off time with his sons Eli and Ford and traveling and competing with Oxford’s Pork Fiction BBQ Team. |
